Incentives & Financing

How ALDC Partners work with Businesses

Our partners are here to help find you the best avenue and resources for your business.

Our loan programs will make a good deal even better. We can help guide your way to developing your business and financial plans. We will help find the best location for your business and your customers. Our commitment doesn’t end the first day of business, we are a lifelong resource for you.

Incentives

Anaconda has an array of business incentives to support your endeavor. A low cost of living, employee training and other perks will help your business succeed. The ALDC and partners will help you secure finances and infrastructure for your business.

Along with those incentives, grants are available to businesses in Anaconda. These can be used for training purposes, technological advancements, and more.

The ALDC can get you in touch with government officials to help answer regulation questions. Our officials are here to help small businesses, not regulate them.

Financing

The ALDC has access to many lending pools, both locally and regionally. We can share our knowledge of funds for a $10,000 project or a $10,000,000 project. The funds are out there, and we can help you access them. We will work with lenders to find the right package for your particular business.

External Loan Resources

ALDC is a partner with peer organizations in developing the best package possible for you, whether with our funds or someone else’s. Money is a tool, and we want to find the best tool for you.

Banking partners: South West Montana Federal Credit Union, Glacier Bank, First Montana Bank, Wells Fargo, and Montana Community Finance to name a few.

External Technical Assistance Programs:

Many of our partners are there to help with technical issues and training. Partners like Small Business Development Center, the Montana university system and other advisers are here to get you the assistance to make your business successful.

There are grant programs. Successfully writing grants to help fund professional technical assists has been the ALDC’s specialty in the past, from a real enterprise grant to a Big Sky Trust. MSU extension, the Montana University system, Highlands College, and even private individuals are here to help with grant writing.
